How long does shipping take?
From the date of purchase, our processing timescales might range from 7 to 10 working days (excluding holidays and weekends). Please allow 3-5 business days to get your item after it has been processed and delivered to USPS. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.
What are your RETURNS & EXCHANGE policy?
We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. We'd love to hear from you if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. We'll do everything we can to find a solution. We hope you enjoy your purchase! Orders, however, are nonrefundable owing to the nature of the product. Please see our return policy for more details.
How Long does it take to process a return?
We do not offer refunds, but we do enable consumers to exchange items. Allow up to 10 business days for us to conduct your exchange, after which you will receive an email with a store credit. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with a store credit. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and shipping of your exchange. Can I wear my waist trainer all day?
NO, it is not recommended to wear your waist trainer all day. We recommend wearing a waist trainer for at least eight hours per day for the best results. You'll be practicing proper posture, reaping the benefits of a smaller figure, and being more focused on your goals if you wear your waist trainer for 8hrs a day but no longer than 12hrs a day.
How Do I Know Which Size to Buy?

Each product has its own sizing, thus it's essential to check the size chart on the product page before purchasing. The most crucial factor to consider is waist size. How can I check the status of my order?
After your order has been billed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from our Distribution Center confirming that your order has been dispatched.
