SHIPPING & RETURN

SHIPPING POLICY:
Processing times can take 7-10 working days (excluding holidays and weekends) from the date
of purchase, not including delivery time, depending on volume. Once the order has been
processed, you will receive a USPS tracking number. Your order will arrive within 3-5 business
days after your transaction has been completed and shipped to USPS. We are not responsible
for any items that are lost or stolen during mail delivery. After the goods leaves the warehouse,
STAR WAIST is no longer accountable for it. STAR WAIST is not liable for any items delivered to
the wrong address because the client provided the wrong address during the purchase process
or neglected to notify STAR WAIST before tracking was granted. The customer is accountable
for everything once a tracking number is supplied. If products are not claimed, customers will
be charged an additional delivery price.


RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:
Everything we sell is backed by our guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any
reason, you may return the item(s) for an exchange ONLY within 7 calendar days of delivery.
When returning the item, all tags must be attached. Items must be returned in the same
condition as when they were received. It cannot be worn, washed, altered, or damaged, and it
must be free of stains, odors, or characteristic aromas, including perfume. If you return and
items have any of these things, items will be returned back to you. If the corporation is at fault,
customers have three days to report an item as defective or damaged, or
